- Importance
Tile/Grout Cleaning and Repair
Dirt, grime, and bacteria build up in tile and grout over time, and regular mopping won’t cut it. Grout is porous, so it absorbs stains, moisture, and mold, especially in kitchens, bathrooms, and high-traffic areas.
Professional tile and grout cleaning removes deep contamination, restores shine, and extends the life of your floors. It also prevents cracking, discoloration, and water damage that can lead to costly repairs.
Neglected grout traps allergens and bacteria that affect your indoor air quality. Regular maintenance keeps your floors looking great, protects your investment, and creates a healthier home.

Questions? We’re Glad that you Asked
How often should I have my tile and grout cleaned?
Most homeowners schedule professional grout and tile cleaning every 12–18 months. If you have high-traffic areas, kids, or pets, you may want it done more often to keep surfaces looking fresh and sanitary.
Will professional cleaning remove all the stains from my grout?
In most cases, yes. Our cleaning process uses specialized solutions and equipment designed to pull out deep stains and discoloration that mopping can’t touch. Some older or heavily set stains may lighten significantly but not disappear completely—if that’s the case, we’ll let you know upfront.
How long does it take to clean grout and tile floors?
It depends on the size of the area and how dirty the grout is. A typical residential job takes a few hours, while larger commercial spaces may take longer. We’ll give you a clear time estimate before starting.

- Travertine is characterized by pitted holes that may remain unfilled for a rustic, natural-looking finish or may be filled in for a smooth finish. Over time, filled holes may open again, but we can fill them for you so that the smooth finish of your travertine is restored. Travertine may be honed (matte finish) or polished. These finishes need to be properly cared for and from time to time may require honing to remove scratches and etching
- If the limestone on your floors, walls or countertops has become dingy and dirty-looking, contact us. We can restore your limestone, and give it a high-gloss or a matte (honed) finish, according to your preference.
