Services

Ultimate Floor Care provides residential and commercial floor cleaning, restoration, and maintenance services throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area, including Peoria, Scottsdale, Glendale, and the West Valley. Specific services include carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, natural stone restoration, upholstery cleaning, tub and shower cleaning, and commercial floor care.

All work is performed by our owner-operated team using professional-grade equipment and industry-standard methods. The scope of each job is determined during the estimation process.

Estimates and Pricing

Price estimates provided through our website, phone, or on-site inspections are approximate and based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary depending on actual conditions discovered during the job, including the extent of staining, floor condition, square footage adjustments, or accessibility factors.

We will communicate any significant pricing changes before proceeding with additional work beyond the original scope.

Scheduling and Access

Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the work area on the scheduled date, including moving small personal items, breakables, and light furniture from the areas to be serviced. We will make reasonable efforts to work around larger furniture items when possible.

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we ask that you contact us at least 24 hours in advance so we can accommodate other customers.

Results and Expectations

Floor cleaning and restoration results depend on many factors, including the type and age of the surface, the severity and age of staining, prior treatments, and the overall condition of the material. While we use professional techniques developed over 25 years of experience, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of every stain or the restoration of every surface to like-new condition.

We are always upfront about what to expect before starting any work. If we assess that a surface is unlikely to respond well to cleaning or restoration, we will let you know before proceeding.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For commercial accounts, net payment terms may be arranged on a case-by-case basis.

Liability

Ultimate Floor Care carries appropriate insurance for our operations. We take every precaution to protect your property during service. However, our liability is limited to the cost of the services performed.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, structural deficiencies in flooring materials, conditions hidden beneath surfaces, or issues caused by previous treatments or installations performed by others. If we identify a pre-existing condition during a job, we will bring it to your attention.

Satisfaction

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the results of a service, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to re-evaluate and address the issue at no additional charge. This applies to the specific areas and services originally performed.

The content on our website — including text, images, and tools such as the Price Estimation Tool — is provided for general informational purposes. Estimates generated by online tools are approximate and do not constitute a binding quote. All website content is the property of Ultimate Floor Care and may not be reproduced without permission.
